Christian World began in a little white building behind McNeese State University.  It was here that God proved that no matter what the building looked like, people came from everywhere to hear the message. 

Christian World grew so quickly that in three years it bought and began renovations on what had been the Cinema Six building in Lake Charles.  Christian World occupied this facility for three years and was well on its way to the last stage of renovations when God stepped in and revealed the next step for Christian World. 

August of 2006 Christian World acquired the former Abundant Life Ministries campus at 2001 E. Gauthier Road. The beautiful 80 acre campus is the largest ministry campus in Southwest Louisiana.  Seven years later, Christian World had moved again because of God's favor and the blessings of growth.  Today, with a 3400 seat auditorium and a state of the art facility, God has truly blessed Christian World under the leadership of Pastor Jerry.  This year Christian World will celebrate its 10th year of ministry.  Pastor Jerry's message of hope and love has expanded beyond the local church where he is called to pastor.  Pastor Jerry now ministers to thousands each week through his television and radio broadcasts.  Through our outreach programs and community involvement, Christian World is touching our city with the hands of Christ.  "Little becomes much when God is in it", says Pastor Jerry.  "He always makes us look better, smarter...truth is, His plans are better than ours."
